Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

• All cancellations or amendments must be made in writing via email or through the booking platform used at the time of reservation.
• The cancellation is only valid once confirmed by Hai Duong Garden.

2. Standard Bookings

• Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total booking value.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking value.

3. Peak Season & Special Offers

• During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, different cancellation policies may apply.
• These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4. Early Departure

• Guests who depart earlier than the confirmed check-out date will be charged for the full duration of the original booking.

5. Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)

• Group reservations may be subject to separate cancellation terms. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

6. Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
